Work Experience

         JibJab (2007 - 2008) – full-time editor assigned to edit timing of animated and stock footage, as well as assist in production of animation, and prepare assets for the web. .

         Sprite Animation Studios (2007) – character animator for a Disney Channel 3D animated movie, bringing characters to life with lip-sync, acting, posing, and cycle animations.

         Dreamworks/PDI Animation Studios (2006) – digital training department intern assisting with scheduling and attending classes for new animation hires and alike.

         Nickelodeon Animation Studios (2005) - production intern for SpongeBob SquarePants and assisted with the creation of an internationally broadcast animated show for kids.

         SCAD Radio Production Director (2004-2007) – responsible for creating pre-recorded commercials and weekly news segments to air on the student-run college radio station.

Awards/Accomplishments

         2007 - First place winner of the 2007 Los Angeles Animation Festival 'Rockin Animation' competition for my animated segment in the Tally Hall music video

         2007 - Participant in the first SIGGRAPH FJORG 36 hour animation competition

         2007 - First place winner of the 2007 Cartoon Challenge competition at the Kalamazoo Animation Festival International for my team’s 30 second entry What Can I Do?

         2006/2007 - First place winner of the 1st and 2nd annual 24 hour Savannijam animation competitions, for the films Growth and Revenge of the Game Show

         2006 - 2nd place winner of the Firefox Flicks competition for my entry Wheee! shown at the San Francisco International Film Festival and seen by millions via the internet

         2006 - Awarded 2nd place (Jury's Citation) in the national 2006 Black Maria Film Festival for 30 WAYS TO WALK, an experimental animated film utilizing background rather than plot
